wkFY型废气洗（xǐ）涤塔（tǎ）

I. principle and structure:

The equipment itself includes the body, the filling layer, the defogging layer, the circulating sprinkling pipe, and the circulating water tank.

Ii. Scope of application:

Electronic industry, semiconductor manufacturing, PCB manufacturing, LCD manufacturing, steel and metal industry, electroplating and metal surface treatment industry, pickling process, dye, pharmaceutical, chemical industry, deodorization, combustion exhaust gas SO×/NO× removers and other water-soluble air pollutants treatment.

Iii. Exhaust gas washing process:

       喷淋塔内填料（liào）层作为气液两相间接触构（gòu）件的传质设备。

       填料（liào）塔底部（bù）装有（yǒu）填料支（zhī）承板，填料以乱堆方式放置在（zài）支承板上（shàng）。填料的上方安（ān）装填（tián）料压板，以防被上（shàng）升气流吹动。喷淋塔（tǎ）喷淋液从塔（tǎ）顶经液体分（fèn）布器（qì）喷（pēn）淋到填料上，并沿填料（liào）表面流下。气（qì）体（tǐ）从（cóng）塔底送入，经气体分布装置（zhì）分布后，与液（yè）体呈逆流连续（xù）通过填料层（céng）的空隙，在填料表面上，气液两相密切接触进行传质。当液体沿填料层向下流动时，有时会（huì）出（chū）现壁流现象，壁（bì）流效应造成气（qì）液两相（xiàng）在填料层（céng）中分布不均，从而使传质效（xiào）率（lǜ）下降。因此，喷淋塔内的填料（liào）层分为两（liǎng）段，中间（jiān）设置再分（fèn）布装置，经（jīng）重新分（fèn）布后喷淋到（dào）下层填料上（shàng）
