一体化净（jìng）水装置和城市供水厂的净化流程一样（yàng）。它（tā）有：混凝（níng）池、沉淀池、过滤池、水质稳定装（zhuāng）置、反（fǎn）冲洗（xǐ）装置、水泵及电气控制（zhì）柜。现分别介绍如下：

       1、混凝池：投加混凝（níng）剂的原水由进水（shuǐ）管（guǎn）进入（rù）混凝（níng）池内（nèi），用特制的（de）搅拌（bàn）机搅动，使水（shuǐ）中的悬浮（fú）物（wù）和混凝剂充分接触反（fǎn）应（yīng）形（xíng）成矾花。

       2、沉淀室：水经（jīng）加混凝剂（jì）混（hún）凝后形成矾花，流到设备的沉淀池（chí）内进（jìn）行沉淀（diàn），沉淀（diàn）池采用斜管沉淀法，经过梯形斜板沉淀（diàn）室沉（chén）淀完（wán）成固液分离，沉（chén）淀下来（lái）的污泥排入（rù）泥斗（dòu）。

       3、过滤池：经沉淀后的水（shuǐ）流到过（guò）滤池过滤（lǜ），滤池结构：底部为布水管，中部为石英砂，上部为无烟煤（méi）。过（guò）滤速度为（wéi）10m/h，最后（hòu）清水流（liú）到清水（shuǐ）池内消毒处理后饮用。过滤池反冲周期（qī）为12小时左右（yòu），反冲时（shí）间为（wéi）5-10分钟。

一体化净水器适用（yòng）于江、河、湖、水库等以（yǐ）地表（biǎo）水为水源的给水（shuǐ）工程的水质（zhì）净水（shuǐ），中水回用、及煤矿尾矿水、洗煤（méi）水、浴池（chí）、游泳（yǒng）池、洗车场（chǎng）、造（zào）纸、印染、电镀和其它工业废（fèi）水（shuǐ）的水（shuǐ）质（zhì）净化。
